Welcome to the Childers Family YMCA of Waycross.

We offer:

• Youth Arts and Crafts Center
• Nursery 6 weeks – 3 years
• Discovery Center +4 years

We have so much to offer everyone of all ages and interests, so please take a moment and look through our new site as we endeavor to get it all here for you to look at. Remember we are always here for you, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate in calling us or even drop by for a tour.

For your child’s safety and well-being, please note the following:

• Children must have a valid membership card and be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
• Child Development Center ages 6 wks – 12 yrs.
• Parents must stay on YMCA property while their child is in Child Development Center.
• Parents may utilize Child Development Center for a maximum of two hours per day (maximum 10 hours per week).
• Parents are responsible for changing diapers if their child is not potty trained.
• Parents will be notified if their child cries for more than five (5) minutes.
• We reserve the right to suspend Child Development Center privileges due to behavior issues.
• No outside toys.
• If child is not walking, an infant carrier must be provided. All children must wear socks or shoes. No strollers are permitted for space reasons.
• For the health of all, please do not bring children who are sick or who have not been fever free for at least 24 hours.
